Struggling with the side seams. It wont quite line up.
It sort of looks crooked.
The base isnt quite on straight.

Wetting the dry ply ready for microfibring
He is wetting, Im syringing on the microfibre bead.
Im going to tape the join while the microfibre is still wet as it will then go in nicely.

Biggest is wetting it.
Left it to cure and went to the park with the kids. Put it under cover overnight so the dew didnt get to the resin.
Scarfed the rubrails in the kitchen in the evening. Screwed the lengths together with an overlap, marked the line where I needed to taper them, cut it with the bandsaw, then glued and clamped them before putting them out under cover.
Chomped off these 4" blocks with the bandsaw.

Got up at the crack of 10am. Pulled the boat out onto some workbenches and started de duct taping it.
I havent taped the ends yet.
