SILVER SWIMS
Swimming is not just an excellent way to exercise, it is also a good way to meet new friends!
Why not come to the free swimming sessions at Rossmore Leisure Centre on Mondays 10.00 – 11.00am and Thursdays 9.00 – 10.00am. Please bring a passport size photo, a Silver Swimmer card will be issued to you which you can also use at the Dolphin Swimming Pool for a free swim on Thursday mornings between 10.30 and 11.30am.
