G.P. REFERRAL SCHEME
Welcome to the Rossmore Leisure Centre GP Referral Scheme. We are very pleased to have you aboard. You first step with us will be your initial consultation with the scheme nurse and our resident fitness instructor Karen Maund. This is a confidential consultation and is free of charge. After the consultation a time will be arranged with Karen for your induction in the Gym. This is when your personal programme is put together for you.
After the initial induction you are free to use the gym facilities at your own discretion.
Tuesday & Friday mornings between the hour of 9.00-11.00.
Your appointment will be with Karen on

After your Gym Induction you will receive your own GP Membership Card. This will be valid for 10 weeks and will upon presentation entitle you to the following benefits:-

Gym Induction at the
cost of only £2.00
Unlimited use of the Gym
(within the normal Timetable) for only £2.00
Exclusive use of ‘GP
Patients only’ supervised gym sessions on
Tuesday & Fridays.
All swimming at members rate
Water Aerobics sessions for £2.00
After 10 weeks you will be eligible for the Fit for Life Scheme.
Please come suitable attired to work out in the gym - Tracksuit, T-shirt, Trainers, Bottle of Water and Towel.
